Privacy Policy

At GU Market, we are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about the information we process when you use our marketplace. This policy describes what we collect directly, what is handled by third-party services you choose to use, and how that information is used.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use GU Market, we may process the following categories of information:

  • Immutable Passport sign-in: When you connect with Immutable Passport, Immutable processes your authentication. Passport may share your email address and wallet address with GU Market when you approve the requested scopes (including email and transact). We use this to identify your session, display your wallet-linked inventory and listings, and enable on-chain trading actions you initiate.
  • Wallet and on-chain activity: Listing, buying, offering, and cancelling orders are executed on Immutable zkEVM. Transaction details (wallet addresses, token IDs, prices) are public on-chain and surfaced in the marketplace UI.
  • Usage and device data: We collect technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and visit timestamps through cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the site.
  • Support correspondence: If you contact us at [email protected], we retain the information you provide so we can respond to your request.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide marketplace search, card detail, and trading features you request
  • Maintain your Passport session and display wallet-linked account pages
  • Operate, secure, and improve GU Market
  • Respond to support inquiries

We do not sell your personal information. We do not store payment card details — trades settle through your Passport wallet on Immutable zkEVM.

Third-party services

GU Market relies on third parties that have their own privacy policies, including Immutable (Passport, orderbook, and zkEVM), Gods Unchained (card catalog API), and CoinGecko (exchange-rate data). We may also use analytics providers such as Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage.

Cookies

We use cookies to remember preferences (such as currency display) and to measure site usage. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies; some features may not work correctly without them.
